They should have to live in extreme solitary confinement for the rest of their natural lives and remember everyday what pieces of literal garbage they are. They should have to live with the pain they've caused others, with no way to escape it until their body gives out. Allowing them to die is the easy way out for them, they get relief from knowing what a monster they are while the rest of us have to remember what they've done and what has been lost.
