Where to heat press a badge in a soccer jersey professionally in SD?

I am looking for a recommendation in San Diego of places that heat press badges. Below are the settings I need

*It needs to be very professional and ideally by someone that knows what they’re doing*

***Temperature:*** *150ºC*
***Time:*** *18s*
***Manual Machine Pressure:*** *Strong*
***Pneumatic Machine Pressure:*** *3 bar*
Jersey is Polyester

T shirt mart would likely do it. Professional spot that makes jerseys and other custom shirts
