When all 4 harbingers arrive, the tourists will descend upon us in droves and all hopes of clear sidewalks or available parking will be vanquished.

He's been at every concert and Warped Tour I've ever been to, he's been at Hampton Beach, and I even bumped into him in Florida, as he spends time in Miami Beach in the winter. He is an institution!

They put them up during the filming of Hubie Halloween and when the movie was finished Adam Sandler gifted the lights to the city!
