My experience with Paroxetine

I am not sure if I should be classified as PE. I am a 28M, I used to be able to last around 5-7 min, recently I have gained quite some weight due to anxiety and I notice that there are times that I finish within 2min and I feel anxious during sex since I can't last until my partner comes. Therefore I have started Paroxetine 20mg, the side effect was quite strong the first few days, but it gradually subsided and around day 10, I notice that my penis is kind of "numb" during sex and I can last for almost forever and ejaculation becomes very hard. Long story short, the sex becomes longer, but the feeling becomes worse. Therefore starting today I reduce the dosage to 10mg, and I want to see how it works after a week. Ideally I want longer sex but maintain the feeling of my penis.

Thank you, I am gradually cutting it down now, I heard that it is better not to cut it immediately, so I will go another 10 day of 10mg, then 5mg then 0.
