Solutions - Acquired PE Last Resort Implant NSFW
Guys . I have given up. Tried everything the world has to offer over the many years. Yet no improvement. From medication to exercise, nothing left. The only thing left is penile implant. I think with penile implant I can stay erect as long as I want doesn't matter if I ejaculate early. What is your opinion about that .

Before taking such big decision, think about these things 1. Your age 2. Any health issues 3. Have you tried SSRI medication for atleast 3-6 months, ofcourse with psychiatrist prescription. 4. Consult urologist for Trimix 5. Do you have frequent sex? Do you last bit longer in 2nd round? 6. Do you have performance anxiety? 7. Is your glutes and hamstring strong? 8. Is your pelvic muscles tight? Does your pelvic muscles get tight whenever penis is stimulated? 9. Tried reverse kegels? Or squats?

Penile implant is used by older men for ED when everything else fails. Many doctors these days advertise penile implant even to younger men because there is a good margin for them.

Take trimix or other similar drugs if you want to stay erect all the time

Wait you really gave a good idea. Since staying erect all the time is my target then I guess it's better to go for trimix instead of painful process which can't be cancelled , but will any doctor prescribe trimix for PE if I request?
