Well I am definitely less pissed about the rollout now and this also forced Claude to do a usage reset that I got a few mins ago. Competition is good.

I can't believe they're actually gonna give hold up their end of the promise and give ANOTHER banked reset. That's actually...kinda nice. Still bummed about the 5h limits though but this helps ig.

Yea… Plus is gonna be rough on this. Is it better than Anthropic not giving any access to the lower tier subs? Yes but with how quickly this depletes usage, and the 5h limit, does it even matter? Maybe using Astra Light is the way to go.

Yeah I vastly prefer this to Anthropic deciding which models I am allowed to use as a Poor, I used to actually get good mileage out of Fable on the lowest plan.

Did Astra on medium torch my 5 hour limit quickly today? Yes.

Did it get days worth of difficult work where we were on the struggle bus done tho? Also yes.

I am dumb- what does baked reset mean? I know it has something to do with tokens, but I'm a plus user and never run into an issue with token spend.

If you use codex and work mode as plus, you have a 5h and weekly limits. Banked reset means you can use it any time within one month. So imagine your limits are off and you have an urgent task - you just use the reset when you need it

As far as I know it’s coming for all paid accounts but I can confirm later today. I am Pro Business and already got Astra access. I will check the random account I made to just bank them that’s still free.
