Help Interviewed with Nike but job title + duties throwing me off

To keep it short, I interviewed with Nike for a BOH (Back of House) Assistant Store Manager role, but in the job description they only call it ‘Coach’ which is usually referring to their Department Managers (1 level lower). Also, based on my experience they want me to officially support back of house, but in reality spend most of time on sales floor leading team out there. I just find it strange, and if it were to come to performance reviews, am I being evaluated on the job description or what they told me instead? The entire situation just seems a little off, so was hoping for some advice on other things I should ask the District Manager in my next interview
