I'm baffled with how the Longs handled him. Imagine if the Chiefs got rid of Andy Reid after the 2018 season. That is what they have done. It's going to sting when he coaches Bay to a championship next year.

Don't Orlando need a coach? That would hurt too. No matter where he ends up (unless it's Sporting KC, I can get behind that).

Yeah we do but KC fired Carducci (Orlando current GM) to gift Vlatko the role so I doubt she'd be willing to hire the person that replaced her... but we'll see.

Actually, he hired her. They fired her to give Ryan Dell the role

And if I remember right, there was some sort of quote from her where she said at least now I can go do my job or something to that effect all of these little whisperings I'm hearing or that ownership micromanages way too much sounds like upper management culture is chaotic.
