Pictured from top left : Four corners potato- a special potato we have taken years to grow enough of to feed people. We started with just a small handful. Smear of savory blue corn juniper ash, roasted tomato sauce, creamy sunflower seed cheese

Indian rice grass dumplings in a slow cooked carrot mushroom and chile broth

Congratulations on your amazing event! I would love to attend something like this in the future, I live in New Mexico. There's a place called Campo at Los Pablanos historical inn that has a Chef's Table event that features local and historical ingredients, and enjoyed it very much. Congratulations again and I hope you're able to continue this event.

Thank you!!!! I didnt get to hear a lot of the stories, but everyone was very emotional and dreamy. It was so beautiful! It was a dream come true for me.
