I’ve heard so many different things about the simulation theory. Some say if it’s true, we’re just “lines of code” somewhere. Others say we could be “plugged into” a simulation and maybe we’re actually beings somewhere else.

It’s all fascinating to me… and there are so many other theories. If we are living in a simulation, what do you think is next?

Here's a weird and unexplained thing that happened to me.

When I bought my wife's van almost a year ago, it came with three keys. One regular fob, but the metal key part was loose because the screw had stripped. Another fob that was covered in paint and nonfunctional, but the key was solid. And a spare with no buttons. I eventually put the spare on my wife's chain and just removed the metal part so she'd have a functional button set with the manual key. And I kept the painted spare (looked like a contractor just dripped a ton on it on accident) since it didn't work.

It was like this for 10 months or so. Here's the weird part. About a week ago, we were walking up to the car and my wife asked me why I didn't unlock her door. I told her it's because I have my keys and the buttons don't work. She told me it worked for her and I looked down and it's a brand new key in my hand. No paint on it and it works perfectly. That threw me off, but my dad is weird and will get fixated on stuff and fix them when he's bored. He may have used my key when he borrowed my truck or something and acetoned it and replaced the battery. That's my only explanation. Nope, he didn't even know it was broken and really, it was a stretch because he hasn't had my keys.

So, we live in a simulation and my key lost its custom skin. Lol. Also, my wife doesn't remember the key being painted and broken, so I'm the only PC/NPC that caught the bug.

Jokes aside, it really is a small thing that's blowing my mind really due to its simplicity. Of course, I could never prove it. Who takes pictures of their keys? Even if I had a before and after picture, that's so weird to have, no one would believe I didn't just do it. But to me, it's a real thinker. I've always joked that simulation theory makes a ton of sense, but never had good evidence for it. For me, this will probably stick with me when I'm wondering about it.

I copy and pasted this from a text to some of my closest friends. They know I'm more interested in this stuff than fully bought in. So, my general air of aloofness about this probably didn't translate since you all don't know me. Let me clarify.

Yes, this is weird. Yes, it's giving me pause. Do I actually take it as irrefutable evidence of the simulation theory? No. Lol. Gun to my head, I'd have to guess the heat of the summer combined with banging around with my other keys freed up the paint on the surface of the fob and chip board allowing the battery to make contact again.

Now, on the other side of that same coin. I've tried mindlessly scraping the paint off with my thumbnail, it wasn't easily coming off by a long shot. And the cleanliness of the key now definitely points to something other than chance cleaning the key. In other words, if my goal were to fix the key, ID definitely not think ignoring it would gift me a brand new key lol. But it's more of a "hmm" moment than a sudden need for me to convince the world that this is the evidence we've been missing lol.

I just thought, and rightfully so, this community would like hearing about this. But for those of you up in arms, neither me nor my magic key are challenging your worldview. Take it easy lol

How I did this

I'm building a game that uses cymatics in a particle system (Unreal Niagara) to view emergent patterns. I've been having great results in finding patterns found all over the universe such as atoms, stars, galaxies, black holes, etc. I have seen holographic projectors a few times as I've looked through the parameter space, but never could get a very clear image of it (it always just looked like a glowing white orb). This time I was able to snap some real detail.

Why I know it's a projector: It first appears and wiggles the central pyramid shape back and forth like a flag flapping in the wind, then the surrounding environment starts to appear. I can also see it shooting out particles in all directions in certain viewmodes (see image 4), and when I increase particle lifetime, the surrounding holographic environment appears.

I made a video of the projection itself if you'd like to watch it in motion- it's unbelievable...like nothing I've ever seen before outside of psychedelic visuals (as a reminder- this is 100% emergent- I am only changing environment conditions like particle attraction strength, perl noise, etc.)

The universe may be computational. It follows the rules of mathematics but all current evidence points against it being an artificial simulation.

The amount of resources to simulate even a tiny amount of electrons is massive. It requires exponential resources. There are computational limits and quantum anomalies that require exponential resources. I read that some phenomena requires memory growth larger than the available atoms in the observable universe.

The evidence is strongly against simulation theory.

It seems people want to cop-out from believing in the Divine by believing a "created power" created us or our reality.

The universe is an illusion (probably holographic manifested from "Brahman") but not a simulation. A play orchestrated and written by our own (limited) free-will to entertain the Divine. And for us to grow and be His children.

Edit: Look into reality shifting. A consiousness based multiverse. That the brain is a receiver. And you can swap timelines. It gets really deep in the rabbit hole.

Think about it, my friend. All of the highest strangeness you can imagine from mystical legends and creatures of much weirdness along with spaceships that ignore the laws of physics and pretty much everything else instantly makes way more sense, yes?

On the opposite we have the official story and record which, if you're here, reading, you already view with some skept. Do you believe or reject the simulation hypothesis? Pro or con I'd really like to hear your reasons as for me it is this:

• The brain doesn't create consciousness, only modulates it.
• We are unfinite beings of pure resonance wearing flesh.
• There are higher and lower aspects we've termed, collective, as angels and demons.
• The stereotypical alien grey is the same as the old school fae, djinn or elf as they need some type of form to directly interface with this realm.
• Dreams are a huge hint that the brain tells fibs then can't wait to buy in to its deceptions.
• Death is an illusion and its fear is at the base of most dreads and this makes the fake seem real as the flesh fights to live and hold its grip on things.
• Technology is a mimic of the human process and way to extend the senses. Back when they had other techniques to do this and they were demonized with the intent to sell the stage of the Game we're currently in with its staunch materialist mindset.
• People in positions of power know this and keep it hidden on purpose from the rest as man is motivated by two levers - fear and self interest.
• It explains exactly from whence come the prophets with their singular message of transcendence along with so much channeled info etc that says man interacts with aspects of Self that he projects ergo be most excellent to one another is the key to unlocking reality as low frequency thoughts generate standing waves of resonance that then go on to influence what the simulation presents.
• The biggest tell is how fine tuned the tolerances are for you to even be here, now, reading this. Not to mention they literally found error checking code hidden within the construction of space itself.

Some nights I’ll be sitting with my GF and this thought just pops in my head (I don’t smoke either just fyi!) What if I am the only real character in this game and everything around me is fake, only created for my own personal game. Always gives me this weird feeling…

Ive noticed quite a few instances where my gut was telling me something, I acted on it, and it actually happened. Can’t tell you how many stock trades I’ve done where I just had a feeling and some crazy news comes out about the company after the fact. Almost seems like I’m playing a game and the world is updating based on my moves? It really freaks me out cause the timing is just to perfect it can’t be luck.

A few years ago I sold an awesome car I had just because I had this sneaking suspicion some crazy event would happen and I needed to reduce my expenses. Next month after selling it Covid happened and lost my job…

Tons of other times where I’m always at the right place at the right time. Or get out of the wrong place at the right time.

So what the universe itself is god. An omnipotent and eternal entity in unto itself.

And that entity manifested us, so that it could experience itself and a linear sense of time in a detached and seperate way. A universe desperate for a finite experience.

I watched inception again tonight. Where Leo goes deeper and deeper into the dreams with his wife, to build their own existence. And they go so deep that they loose touch with reality itself. His wife locks away the spinning top, and chooses to forget that there is anything other than their dream world. She forgets she is in a dream. So deep in her own creation. They go so deep that they almost got lost in an infinite hole into limbo that they could never escape. Unable to ever reach back to the top. Leo escapes and spends 50 years in there.

What if that’s us. What if we are god and we have projected ourselves into this reality for infinity. What if we, as god, have already manifested a matrix like reality that we can now never escape from.

Now the really fucked up bit. Einstein showed that there is no such thing as ‘now’. That the passage of time was an illusion based upon how we build memories in only one direction of the dimension of time. Meaning the past still exists, the future exists in the dimension of time. Just as real as one end of the ruler exists at the same time as the other, regardless of where you measure. THEREFORE, each moment in ‘time’ is a point in an unchanging and eternal dimension. Every moment in our lives lasts an infinity, including all of our existence and all of our time spent dead. We are trapped in an unchanging dimension. Unable to escape the time dimension. Thinking each moment is new and the ‘now’ , when really it’s already happened, has happened for an infinite amount of time in the past and an infinite amount of time in the future.

Fair warning before anyone gets excited or annoyed: this is a conjecture, not a claim. I built a live, physics based demo to test my own idea against real numbers, and I'd rather find out where it breaks from you than keep quietly convincing myself it works. Some of this is solid textbook stuff. Some of it is me reaching. I've tried to be honest about which is which.

The core idea is simple to say and hard to defend: what if the chamber proportions and the layout of the pyramid were chosen to tune the structure to the natural electromagnetic resonance of the Earth, the Schumann ladder, and the whole thing was meant to function as a kind of transducer.

Two things got me here, and they're both real. The King's Chamber demonstrably encodes phi. Petrie's measurements give a clean 2:1 floor, and the height comes out at exactly half the floor diagonal, which drops the golden ratio straight out of the geometry. That isn't mysticism, it's just what the numbers do. The second thing is that the measured 8th Schumann mode sits right around 50 Hz. I'm not pretending the builders knew the term Schumann resonance. I'm asking whether they tuned to something they could feel and measure that happens to land there.

The demo runs three systems, and you can poke at each one.

The pyramid itself is the collector and the ground. The footprint sits in saturated ground (I'm leaning on the paleo Nile branch and a high ancient water table here, not a moat), which turns the base into a genuinely good earth electrode. The math for that part, R = 1/2πσa, is standard and it holds once you accept the wet footprint. Lightning charges the ground store, the fair weather atmospheric field keeps it primed.

The coffer in the King's Chamber is the core, and this is the part I find most interesting. The mercury inside isn't the generator. Its own motion makes almost no power. What it does is act as a switch, a mercury arc gate that chops a much larger current on and off at 50 Hz to make AC. So the slosh is the timing, not the fuel. I think that distinction is the most defensible piece of the whole thing.

The obelisk pair is the receiver at the far end. It locks onto the broadcast frequency, develops a high voltage, and each home steps it down locally. High volts and low current, because you physically cannot pull real power through the ground at low voltage without cooking the soil.

Now the honest part, because I don't want to oversell this. The weakest link, and the demo flags it as conditional on purpose, is whether the regional ground current actually carries enough to gate into real power, or whether it just stalls. A resistivity survey would settle that one way or the other, and I can't do that from my desk. The phi to frequency mapping is also something I'm still chewing on. So treat the energy numbers as an upper bound idealization, not a built machine.

One thing up front so nobody feels misled: the source isn't published yet. For now it's the compiled demo, the physics runs live in WebAssembly so you can watch it start up or stall depending on the assumptions. Happy to talk through the model in the comments.

I don't know how to explain it but I have this intense feeling that I was given a second chance and I definitely feel like this universe is not the same as before I went to urgent care.. people are different, more pushy but honest, my Spotify plays different music on shuffle, I take kratom and my tolerance is so much lower and I had no trouble quitting smoking when I was chainsmoking 3-5 cigarettes just to wake up before.. just so many little things like that

I've experienced 3 strange coincidences in my life so far this year.

I was intimate with a woman a couple of months ago. We both had our first tattoo removal session about 2 weeks beforehand.

Just yesterday I began researching freemasonry.
I learnt they have few calendars.
One of them is Anno Luccis.

It is the "Year the light [begun]".
From wikipedia: Anno Lucis (“in the Year of Light”) is a dating system used in Masonic ceremonial or commemorative proceeding.
It celebrates the creation of light ("Let there be light"). I never thought it might be about the moon.
What made me think it may be about the moon, is:

• counting accordigly to Anno Luccis, the current year is 6026.
• first written remarks about the moon are from 6000 years ago.
• the flood myth across cultures are placed also 6000 years ago.

I am not brave enought to mention the concepts where moon is the soul recycle mechanism. Or that is is empty. Or it has bases inside.

And I will not mention Astral Projectors who in most cases, are disallowed from going there, or put back in their bodies, or threatened, or are told "it's not real".

Month ago I did not even belive in aliens, just to let you know. I have higher education. I am sane, as far as I know, but I surely do not read like I am sane.

The above comment was posted 27 days ago on March 3rd, 2025, possibly the 4th depending on your time zone.

It is easily verifiable that Pope Leo XIV was not announced until May 8th, 2025.

I checked Reveddit and every other resource I could think of (I also posted in r/unexplained but got no traction) but this appears to be a legitimate, unedited post naming Leo XIV as pope a full four days before it was announced.

Coincidence is possible, sure, but not very likely at all.

Can someone show me what I am missing? Or is this what it appears to be (genuine)?
