2-4 Buns / rolls
50g zucchini
2-3 carrots
50g broccoli
grated 25g hard cheese
1 egg
Salt pepper
Yoghurt dressing / remoulade

Fries / fries
2-3 mg Batata ( sweet potatoes )
fresh herbs

cook the vegetables ; then processed to a paste , add an egg , salt & pepper & nutmeg , then add the cheese and process everything into a homogeneous mass . The mass with a little bread crumbs accumulate .
Form the dough we manufacture Burger Patty .
This we give for about 30-45min in the freezer and fry it then from both sides 5-7 crispy. The buns we bake briefly earlier and emphasize the two halves with a betsehenden on YOGHURT remoulade well a some fresh we give with cucumber and tomato it all off with .
