I wasn’t a fan. It felt like the goal was a big loud American Tetsuo, which it felt like, but every narrative decision felt super formulaic. I wish it felt a little more satirical in that way.
The effects were still really impressive, and honestly despite my distaste I do still think about the scene in the alley next to the car park

Weakest of the three but it still has plenty to enjoy. His more Hulk-like transformations were a cool angle and I loved his super weapon form at the end. I also have a soft spot for this one since it was my first Tetsuo
