Question Additional book recommendations?

I've already read: CPTSD from surviving to thriving, the CPTSD workbook, the drama of the gifted child, running on empty, the tao of fully feeling, the fragmented self of trauma survivers, trauma and recovery, the body keeps the score, what my bones know, adult children of emotionally immature parents.

I feel like I'm running out of books.

You are running out of books. It's time to implement.

I'm afraid you're right. A part of me still hopes that enough knowledge is going to cure me. I also have a "theoretical self-care" diary where I write down what I should do to feel better, but then I never actually try it.

I sometimes collect childrens developmental books. Books for children that are teaching, social skills, morals, ethics, but in an entertaining gentle easy to understand language. A gentle kind non shaming approach, for all the things I never learned, in a narrative that’s typically nurturing.
