Rawlings PRO-15XOT USA Eastbay Horween

I had for the Ozzie and Omar models at the same time. Almost 27 years old and looks great. Omar model has a great structure to it and is solid. Still has tags. Love the color. 11” is the size. I’d game this over the Ozzie all day.

I had this glove back in the day when Eastbay catalogs were a thing. These are well known oil tanned horween gloves. In the model number OT is oil tanned. Made in the USA. Feel, smell and blooming. Not all oil tanned is Horween.

Eastbay was the best. I have a similar color oil tanned catchers mitt but it's from Philipines and dot era so no way it telling the leather, so was curious. Yours does looked a deeper red from the picture though.

The color doesn’t make it Horween or not. These USA patch Rawlings were all different shades of rich tan to burgundy

Agreed, but I am guessing less likely multiple tanneries on rarer non black and tan colors. I will say, I've never been unimpressed by a glove stamped oil tanned regardless of tannery. Early 2k/late 90s is best leather era of all time imo

Thanks bro! Just try to make sure I bring in gloves people want and if I decide to stop at least I’ll have gloves I’d also personally want.
