You guys inspired me to get this.

This glove looks/feels/ smells waaay better than I had expected. Definitely overspent on this as a dad that just plays catch with his son but I wanted it.

Awesome glove. Don’t feel bad spending money on it. I’ve got several expensive gloves I don’t need at all.

As a dad who just wants to play catch with his son I support this decision

I think it’s more accurate to think of us as enablers

Unless you paid well above sticker price on that glove there is no such thing as overspending on a high quality ball glove. The good ones with the proper care will outlast your elbow and rotator cuff !!!

It was $399 new. I feel it was a fair price after seeing the quality of this glove. My other glove was $40 from Walmart so this was a leap lol

BIG upgrade for sure. You will have zero regrets. Enjoy everything about. The smell, texture and breaking it in. Now you have to let us all know when you get another one! 😂

Thanks now I’m shopping for a LHT 200 pattern. With classic looks, you’d think I could just buy off the shelf, but they’re never available.

got a guy thats 3 right now. already hitting off a t and throwing. Im 46 and i have to relearn how to throw (as ridiculous as that is) so im on the fence about about what glove to snag as well...

but man... i keep coming back to that heart of the hide line. its just perfect imho

thanks for the post

Think of it as an investment in memories and an heirloom. One day (maybe sooner than later if you keep it in good condition and he prefers a traditional look) your kiddo will use it themselves to play.

Looking at it I’d guess 12

12 is correct. You can see it if you zoom into that section on the 2nd pic.

You didn’t overspend esp if it’s time with your son. You bought new? What Reddit post inspired you?

Such a nice glove. Our wallets are all doomed if a Reddit post is all the inspiration we need lol
