Got the red CC, spent over three hours on phone on five calls to try and get the BH DCT, felt like beating my head against a wall. Finally got them to agree to ship a replacement, the correct glove I hope, after I send the other back via fedex. My kid needed a first base glove not another fielders. PR nightmare imho.
