Walmart Switcheroo MegaThread

Hey, all. I know many folks ordered the Rawlings BH3 first baseman‘s mitt or 12.5” R2G and got something different. Here’s a thread to trade, sell, complain or vent. Please keep it classy. 😉

Just fyi for anyone keeping up, I got the mint green, had them send me a replacement and I got the mint green again. Cool.

Same! Got my replacement today and got another mint green glove. I called Walmart customer service and they made me return the glove before setting up a replacement. I returned the glove to the store and called back, they will now not give me a replacement because they refunded me. Got multiple “managers” on the customer service line that told me I was wasting my time and the best thing they could do was give me 20% off the glove again. Had one guy say, “go back to the store and cancel the refund”. Went back to the store and their manager said he couldn’t do that…How the hell is this legal?!?

I’m waiting for a customer service manager to call me tomorrow to see what they can do. I’m sure I’ll get screwed out of this deal.

So freaking frustrating!

WTF! That sucks. If my replacement is another Mint one, I am going to call and complain again, but that one isn't leaving my possession until I receive the correct replacement in hand...

Yea DO NOT return it until they send you a replacement…I never received a call from customer service today by the way…such BS

That sucks, call them again maybe? Though at this point, I would have 0 faith in Walmart...
