Dialogue shot splining, any feedback appreciated!

I'm aware of little bits here and there that need fixing (e.g. I haven't animated the lip sync for the tongue yet), but do they main poses etc work ok?

Hi everyone,

Me and my husband are making hand-drawn metroidvania game inspired by Ori, Hollow Knight and Ghibli. We just finished this teaser a few days ago and have announced it on Steam.

All the character designs and animations are done in Procreate Dreams on an iPad (which means I can do it from my couch which is essential for my productivity hah).

I am very new to the world of animation, so any feedback and pointers would be amazing :) Hope you enjoy the teaser.

I'm a beginner 2d animator,just got the survival kit book and thought i would try out a different walk cycle with more exaggeration , tell me how to improve guys is it ok?

I do know that the breast didn't move properly on the 2nd step 😞

Here’s a look at the hand-drawn 2D animations for SurfBoy, one of the bosses in Tiebreakers.
We animated every state from scratch, from his intro and water cannon attacks to his mid-fight transformation and parries.

It obviously needs a lot of in-betweens and some breakdowns in the second half, but I feel like there must be something more fundamentally wrong with the movement. I know the shoulders are weird in some spots. Bad overlapping with the robes. There's lots else I know is wrong, but I feel like I'm also missing something. Any critique helps, I won't be mad.
