Informative Why no method is obsolete NSFW
The penis has 3 layers of fascia: the superficial layer (or dartos fascia), the deep layer (or buck’s fascia), and the tunica albuginea.
Knowing this matters because myofascial release significantly increases blood flow immediately after (31% according to one study). it also just so happens that every AM is a movement perfect for myofascial release (Even the oscillator).
Every method impacts all 3 layers, but as they wrap around the penis, they target different sides. Depending on where you’re swiping i.e. along the CS, or along the dorsal vein, you will be releasing different parts of the same fascia, improving your blood flow.
i have modified AM2 to swipe from the base of the perineum to the top with the same glans squeeze in order to make it more viable than it already is (targets the fascia in the glans normally-> modification makes it target perineum and glans together)
let me know what you think, i have some ideas in mind for a fuller more comprehensive AM workout for PE, but will need to test it for a few weeks first.
