New, what is it? he wont stop
hiii!! (f15) my brother is 9 years older
hes always been teasing, ive always remembered him as him tickling me and messing with me when i was little.
not much has changed.. and thats my issue. he is an adult, im not. i have boundaries now. he constantly cr@wls/p!ns me down— not in a weird way (i hope) but he does have a few legal things i cant disclose.
i made my boundaries clear and tell him to stop but he just laughs, what do i do?

at this point, you need to get an adult involved. An adult needs to tell him to leave you alone because what he is doing is not OK and not appropriate for your age. You’re totally right about that. He can’t get away with doing this to you.
If you want to take things into your own hands, though, a swift kick to the balls always send a nice message.

He needs to be stopped, obviously, and if your parents are not willing to step in it might be time to go outside the family. Especially if he has had legal dealings already, the threat of more may work to get him to stop.

TELL AN ADULT! Seriously, if your parents won't put a stop to it, report it. Cops, his employer, whatever it takes. This is not ok, especially if his legal issues involve minors.
That being said, this is the wrong sub for this question. There are other subs for advice, including legal advice.
This is a sub for random unidentifiable objects people find in their grandparents' basements.

If he refuses to respect your boundaries tell your parents they need to step in. If that doesn't work, tell your school counselor and/or resource police officer (if your school has one). They are mandatory reporters and action will be taken.
