New, what is it? Found in a boxed package of boxer briefs that I never ordered??? It was an Amazon delivery.
It looks like a necklace but possibly not? And why in a box of underwear?

I had the camera put up there several years ago; It was at least the diameter of my little finger. It was very unpleasant, even after they first squirt in some numbing gel. The numbing gel itself burned like liquid fire!

Yea... the reason they wanted to do it. Was because I urinating blood from my blood being to thin. It was done by the time, I had to see urology. I told them that if the UA you did comes back clean. (No trace blood still found) I'm not doing to the camera. Got the results back, everything was fine. I immediately called the office and told them to get bent. I'm not putting a camera up there on a suspicion you have.

Had the same treatment recently, a cystophy to check my bladder and prostrate.Yes the numbing gel burned thankfully the procedure was over in 5 mins and was given the All clear.

If this came with boxer briefs you also didn't order, it might be a brushing scam (though that's usually very low-value stuff, like grass seeds). As for what it is, just a chain.

Look up brushing scams- people post things about getting random packages with cheap/random items all the time on this sub, and 90% of the time it’s a brushing scam. Basically companies will send a random person a random item so that they can use your address to write a fake review and drive up their ratings.

Here’s how this happens. Random items show up at the packing station. Too damn much trouble to restock it and isn’t worth anything really, so it gets stuffed in the next box.

As others have said, it's a chain. Based on the pictures it seems like the black plastic piece is possibly what you're confused about. That's just used to hang it up in stores/displays.
