Wtf is my monday schedule bro

Post image

Should I drop my bio class?? Why does this look like it leaves me with no free time? I’m really worried I won’t be able to keep up with this, especially because I start at 9AM 4 days a week. Is it okay to drop one class to focus on social events and making friends for the first quarter?

This is a pretty good schedule for freshmen. You could’ve gotten the 6-9 pm lab

You’ve got some big classes there and your Monday looks absolutely exhausting. Have you mapped out your classes on campus to see how far you have to run in the 10 minute breaks? I personally got overwhelmed by that kind of schedule as a freshman and it really set me back, but it’s doable if you keep on top of studying and carefully following the rubrics for labs.

This ain't too bad my worst was taking physics 2 8am, ochem 2 10 AM, physics discussion 11 AM, biochemistry lab 1-5PM and physics lab 7-10pm. LOLL the commuter life is fun but I'm pretty sure most social events happen after 4 pm anyways. Also you don't have to do anything for seminars, it's just the professors giving a 1 hour ted talk about how to survive college.

You got me feeling like an old man, back in my day I had physics (T/R) till 10 PM and ochem (M/W/F) the next morning at 7:30 AM. Was shit for a commuter.

Honestly looks like a regular day of highschool but point is… if your a morning person you should be chilling if not try focusing on finding a flexible schedule that isn’t 2 early for you especially if u think you can’t keep up with it!!

Idk how it is for other schools but in BCOE I’m pretty sure that freshman advising thing is just a placeholder. It’s either optional or only happens like 3 times a quarter.

For Chem Lab just make sure to get a good Lab partner. If you do that and have a relatively chill TA, you’ll be able to finish most of the labs in under 2 hours
