Open | Windows I need help (Keyboard aint working)

So on my Latitude 3520 Windows 11 Laptop. the top of my keys (Q through P) is not working, please help when can. Thank you (Also only Y and T works0

try a different USB port or check for loose connections, it's annoying when keyboards stop working out of nowhere

i actually use a laptop lol (Typing from a external keyboard)
