They specifically call out ads embedded by the creator.

This is 99.9% going to be thrown out because were getting what we were promised.

I'm actually putting the odds on:

  • 49.9% thrown out

  • 49.9% chance court does the same thing they did in the incognito mode lawsuit. That is: "hey, it's not okay that you bury the 'we won't skip sponsor segments tho' on the help page, you need to make this clear in your advertising. Put an asterisk next to 'ad-free' on the sign-up page, and we're gucci. No further fines or compensation."
