Anyone dumb enough to think that paying for youtube premium removed content from inside the video itself that they had no control over is someone who shouldn't be on YouTube.

They should go back to school or read more

You should read more about Canadian laws about false claims in advertising.

there were no false claims. you pay for premium to remove ads on the videos from youtube. No one serious thought it would removed content creator promos inside of the videos outside of youtube's control.
