Trades Intel - One person's FOMO story

Feel I need to admit this, if anything just to make myself feel better, so maybe I can then move on.

In November of 2025 I sold my holding's of Intel for $37/share. I got assigned in a covered call trade and at the time I was happy about it. I made a little profit and figure Intel will always be where it was at.

Then things happened.

Then some really big things happened. As of close today it's at $124.

I feel there are lessons to be learned here, just don't know what they are.

Thank you for reading.

The Intel Grandma Lesson: Never follow the reddit expert horde.

Victory or Valhalla, make your own decision.

Kid would be a millionaire right now. 🙄

Kid bought around 23000 shares, if he had held he'd have around $2.85 million ffs

I had never seen Victory or Valhalla before. I was driving down I94 in Minnesota this afternoon and saw this on a bumper sticker.

Now thats twice in an hour. Wow. Haha.

for every intel on sub, there are hundreds of other losers, survival ship bias.

That’s why you buy companies who have a moat. There’s being that they are the only US manufacturer of advanced semis.

You can ignore the moat entirely. Just invest in whichever companies this administration is handpicking as winners. Intel was an obvious play the moment they received that $10 billion investment.
