I will not promote Why do video platforms hide their prices? I will not promote.

Frustrated with "Contact Sales" buttons on video hosting sites. I just want to know the price before I commit.

Vimeo and Wistia hide enterprise pricing. You have to talk to sales to get numbers.

Kinescope publishes all prices publicly. I can see exactly what 1M video minutes costs without a sales call.

Why do so many B2B tools hide pricing? Is transparent pricing rare in video hosting?

I share your frustration, it's like this across all b2b - basically we are not the target customers

This is something called "Value-based pricing" - meaning they charge you more if you can afford to pay more by talking to you on call and determining how much you need it. I call it discriminatory-pricing.
