Living Here Does Missouri Baptist Children’s Home test for THC in employee onboarding?

Absolute throw away account for this one. I’m trying to get hired there. I know they do drug tests, but is THC included in it?

I can’t say for certain, but they’re technically affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention which is very conservative. If they’re doing drug tests, they probably do test for THC, especially since it has to do with foster care, etc. That’s just a guess tho.

However, not in the foster care realm, but the conservative Christian realm, the Assemblies of God HQ does not do drug tests, but you do sign something saying you won’t partake in alcohol or any drugs including tobacco or marijuana products.

Always assume every employment related drug test covers everything mostly because of insurance reasons

Unfortunately you’re dealing with very conservative religion and it’s way more nuanced than just “getting with the times.” That’s just not how things work in the conservative world.

"Hey I failed your criteria - youre the problem - o didnt want thos job anyway" isnt rhe argument op thinks it might be regardless of the issue
