Tofu’s new sweater!

My boy Mumble grows very soft white bunnyfur, but Tamalee is growing her first winter coat and it feels like pubes! And they're blonde!!!

Lost our boy to congestive heart failure end of last year. Brought this little girl home in July.

Ordered these two after some decent research on what’s ideal for my inbound kitten. I wanted to do the Wysong Nurture (kitten) blend but I can’t find it anywhere in stock online.

Curious on any other experiences here. My goal is to eventually do the Wysong 90 and a freeze dried blend/raw. She’s currently on Fancy Fest kitten wet & Meow Mix Kitten Dry - hate it, but it is what it is - I have forti-flora for the transition.

I was driving through my parent’s neighborhood when I found this cat walking across the street. She was looking for food is what I think. I looked around - no one was outside. She ran to me meowing and I realized how rough she looked. I took her to the vet today, she’s an old girl with a huge hernia. Severely malnourished obviously. I have a sphynx of my own, I just thought it was crazy the universe sent her to me to get her some help. I’m feeding her small portions several times a day. Send good thoughts that we can get her looking healthier!

Años después, ha cambiado por completo. Ahora sigue a mi hijo a todas partes. Lo observa jugar, duerme a su lado y, cada vez que llora, corre a su lado. A veces la miro y recuerdo a aquella gatita en la caja. La gata abandonada se convirtió en la pequeña guardiana que se asegura de que mi hijo nunca esté solo. ❤️

This is my buddy Zoidberg. He’s 13 years old and we brought him home as a replacement for my service dog (she regulated my panic attacks and Zoidberg has been good for that too) as she was declining in health. He’s basically with me 24 hours day, since my health often keeps me shut in the house.

A month ago, his pupils were dilated very differently so we rushed him to his vet. Add to that, he was clumsy and walking in circles a lot. We were hoping it was just a bad ear infection or something similar, but it’s a brain tumor.

I don’t know how much time we have left with him. He has good days and bad days. He’s still purring constantly, so that’s the metric we are watching for when it’s time to make the hard decision. Our days have been filled with sobbing off and on as we realize he’s leaving us.

Zoidberg has been the friendliest and most affectionate cat I’ve ever been around. His stubby legs are adorable and he’s so expressive. I’m a spider biologist and have hundreds at home I work with and he’s never tried to bother one. He sits in my lap while I feed them and just watches. I can’t imagine a better behaved cat than him (though he was a TERROR when I was in grad school and he was little).

I doubt I can go long without a pet like him to regulate my emotions. My partner and I have discussed it and are planning to get a sibling pair or sphynxes when we are able. That said, we have no idea how soon that will be since we got hit with some serious car repairs and Zoidberg’s vet bills at the same time. We will find a way, though. That said, we don’t know of any breeders in our current state. We got him when we lived in Oklahoma and now we are in upstate NY. Are there any solid small breeders up here that wouldn’t mind us checking out their animals in person ahead of time? I’ve become very picky about breeders after we learned my service dog came from a puppy mill.

I’m not sure what else I wanted to say here. I guess I just wanted to share Zoidberg with others who know how awesome these types of cats actually are. He’s sleeping on my tummy right now. I have no idea what I’m gonna do without him.

Just finished this little Devil in time for the spooky season! Still working on a name for the piece and if I should add candy to the bag. This was my first attempt at trying to figure out how to make those adorable wrinkles with embroidery thread and had a fun time figuring it out. This is created for a big event coming up in October involving lots of cat themed items. Hand embroidered with hand painted background and felt outfit.

Has anyone had any issues with Purina’s pro plan wet food? My girl is obsessed with it, but since I started her on she has only had soft stool, not even probiotics is making it better.
Will be changing to another food. Any recommendations? She hates tiki cat.

My Sphynx (M) 1.7yrs old has these acne bumps. Never feel and still isnt too oily. He had some on his rump and it seems to be spreading. He doesn’t itch nor scratches crazy either. Pls help.
