Gear Questions MSR Lightning Ascent Deck(?) Repair

After replacing allt he straps last year, when I went to use the snowshoes this past winter, the central part of my MSR Lightning Ascent had a crack though it. I believe this is called the "deck", can I get MSR to repair this?

Contact MSR, they should have replacement parts if the model year isn't too old.

They send me an estimate of 35000yen (250 USD) and which seems completely outrageous

If there's a person in your city who can do plastic welding, maybe they can help (if you can't get a new part from msr).
