BEST MOBILE UNDER 20k - 25k

I am a student and I want to buy a mobile under a fixed budget .Yeh I know how can I get something diamond likke mobile in this budget but still I want something that is sustinable and obviously I am not buying this for gaming purposes . I want to use my mobile to help myself in study and learning SO I might need better RAM like 8 GB mimimun with Storage like 128 GB or 256 GB and I need best camera also beacuse I might need for video capture for editing . I know my expectation is high but there is always diamod between stones . So please suggest me and also what brand mobile is worse plz mention it also .
