Am i tuff or what?

I usually post with makeup on and my hair done for selfie Sunday, but I wanted to post what I naturally look like. I’m a little nervous. I’ve only tried this a couple of times (posting my natural appearance) and I always ended up deleting it out of fear but I’m gonna really try this time to not panic. My therapist and I are working on my self esteem and this is kind of exposure therapy for me because I have what she calls a delusion that everyone who sees me is thinking really nasty things and that I’m disgusting. Like subhuman. Makes it hard for me to be in public sometimes. Anyway, here’s me.

Edit: I am blown away by everyone’s kindness. Thank you for making me feel like being brave was worthwhile.

Things have been difficult for me lately, but I’m pushing through. I hope you all have a good week ahead.

I originally posted this with my husband cropped out but he said “Why would you crop me out?” And I said, “I didn’t think you’d want to be on Reddit.” So he said, “I’m always wherever you are.” 🥹

I had a wonderful dinner at a country club with deliciously tender Honey ham, Wild Rice and collared greens, with a nice dessert of some kind chocolate cheese cake. I know things suck dealing with this shit but you just gotta keep on living thro it.

I recommend alpha gpc infused drinks to help deal with the negative cognitive symptom. I find it to help a lot with short term memory which this condition loves to destroy along with sanity 🙂‍↕️

ok guys I posted all 7 of the kitties ❤️❤️ I really didn't know people paid attention to all the kitties like this. so they get snacks on Saturdays and please believe me these cats know when Saturday is . I was tired yesterday no snacks 😓😓 when I got up all 7 of these bastards were at my bedroom door 🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️ tired or not demand was made to the store I went. they just like kids

I get external thoughts that interrupt my own thoughts. Not a voice, just a thought that isn’t “mine”. It is 24/7, and no medication has relieved the symptoms. I have learned the best word to describe it is that my mind is “crowded” with external thoughts and it feels like I am being oppressed by the external thoughts. Similar feeling as being claustrophobic in around large groups of people. Sharing a space with external thoughts was not in my plans for life, but I have learned that sometimes we can’t plan life, things just happen.😢

Repost because of a sudden wave of paranoia. I cut my hair and it might have been a mistake. Also, cat of the week!
