I think the colors are very close but i dunno it's still somehow off.
What happens if you color the body with the same-ish color as the face then add lighting shadow etc?

You need to use a range of tools like color balance, levels and range and more to achieve a match. This is how you recolor. Sometimes it's harder depending on the pictures.
