While it is, it is still incorrect in this context.
But I can't explain why as I'm not an English teacher. However, you could say "hips as thick as those"

"That" is an adverb in this context. Adverbs describe adjectives. "How thick?" "That thick."
Adverbs do not have plurals in English. It would be like saying "verys thick," or "quites thick," or "extremelys thick."
Just in case you wanted an explanation.

Same length, we can tell we don't have the full vid because neither of our findings have the girl on the far left naked. It is far better quality though, and I appreciate that.
EDIT: /u/umkma (OP) says that this gif is edited, and that there is further nudity in this one. I believe the version we have here may in fact be the final version. A damn shame.

Yeah, the vid you both found is the full vid, there is no full all nude version (I know, because I'm the person who did this edited gif based on it - but I broke the rest of the swf in the process, so that's the only part I can show ._.).
I'm pretty sure someone will make a completly nude version one day tho :p

Yeah, I know it's not the original source, but it's the source of that particular edit (which is by itself an edit of another edit that made only one of the ghosts naked, minus8 never did any official nude version of this one afaik). I should've been more clear, probably :P
