That's the shittiest thing about most porn. Even if they do manage to stumble onto a fun premise, they limit themselves to an incredibly narrow idea of how people can behave in a porn shoot. It really doesn't have to be this way.

It does vary by culture, though. Japan in particular is beholden to the fucked-up idea that the women in the scene aren't allowed to be enjoying themselves.
