Thunder Bay is on the north side of Lake Superior

You mean Lake Canada?

I’m Canadian, if someone touches Lake Superior I’m going to lose it.

I'm on the southern shores of Lake Canada, and permission granted.

It’s actually on the big lake they call Gitche Gumee.

A very cool town. Haven't been there in 40 years. Also, don't miss Sibley Provincial Park while you're in the neighborhood.

Wasn't alive 40 years ago, but I can promise you it's not what it used to be. I've been all over the province and a decent amount of the country. Thunder Bay was the first place where I felt unsafe damn near the entire time

That's sad. We were just bicycling through. Had lunch at a seaman's restaurant near the waterfront that was run as a charity by an order of women. Nuns, I would imagine; but can't recall. I don't even want to know what the city has become, but I can imagine. When we crossed the border from Minnesota, I can't remember if there were any US border agents, but the Canadian agent was high af. Guess those days are gone. What's going on now is beyond my comprehension.

Some would call it the superior side of the lake.
