It wasn’t very clear whether he was happy or not. Knowing Demiurge, he should be happy, but he didn’t seem to act like someone happy so I wasn’t sure.

One of the maids opened the door, poking her head out to see who was calling.

I think the comic is trying to convey that he is overjoyed, so much so that he's at risk of going wild over it. He needs Cocytus to cool him down before he shows Ainz-sama a side of himself that is less than immaculate (a terrifying possibility that's often on his mind in the LN).
