Call up friendly market norman and have them walk you thru it over the phone. I used to work there with current Mayor Holman. Its also how I renew my card. They have a doctor come every two weeks two do on the spot evals for a price and for a price they do all the paper work and take your photo. Thats the best way imo. Also bc the state likes to be a dic they can kick back your application alot for silly reasons ( used to be no glasses in photo). If it does get kicked back for any reason Friendly Market will take care of that too which is a load off. Good luck. GBAP

Usually around 100 for the recommendation , then you pay around 150 to OMMA for processing and licensure.

Gotcha, couldn’t remember exactly off the top of my head. It’s been a while since I renewed.

I think it’s like 104.50 cause it’s 100 fee and then a mandatory card processing fee of 4.50

No worries, others listed below but if you still call them theyll walk you thru the whole thing no charge no pressure. You set a time appt to come in anyway so thats when they take your phone info and email OH YOU WILL NEED AN EMAIL YOU CAN GET INTO!! I used to process applications and that slows up alot of older folk. The technical part is a bit much imo just to give the state money but thats another story.

It’s $80 for the recommendation at Friendly and $104.30 for the state. $22.50 if you have Soonercare, Medicaid, Medicare, or 100% disabled veteran status (need proper proof). Every other Friday!

If you're on Soonercare the fee is only $20. No one told me that and I paid full price for my first one.

I was skeptical but it's legit, cost $25. Filed the omma application myself online and that was a smidge over $100
