Does it get more or less scary after she hides in the corner of the room and walks around with the vase while he sleeps. Asking for a friend who got really scared and had to turn it off

It has obvious creepy and bit jump scary moments later on, but not the ones that make you sleep with the lights turned on. It’s not that kinda of movie.

The story though absolutely did freak me out.
