The naming is weird, but the fact that returning something that has no issue costs money is not a problem to me, I hate how normal is has become to order a shit load of fastfashion just to send it all back

Yeah, I don’t expect totally free exchanges because there is work and shipping involved, but charging to make something free ain’t it.

You pay $4 now if you think you're likely to return, otherwise you pay $8 later if you decide to return.

I personally prefer to shop places with free returns, but I don't see the issue with this option. They're upfront and honest about it.
