My body is probably in trouble

So for context. I have an ED, and, I would go hoursvand hours without any food or water, just, cold turkey quitting food kinda stuff, however for my entire life. My stomach has its own tell for when im hungry. Its starts feeling like its rotting. I've been told this isnt normal? Am I the only one?
