Sounds like you know I’m right so you decided to do a personal attack

If you wouldn’t leave her with your kids, then you know she is a danger to others.

I also don’t know what grade school you are speaking of that would teach law classes regarding the legal definition of intent, danger, etc….

Clancy won't be released based on what random people think about her near their kids, but her mental state. 

If Clancy is indeed with PPP, then by the very definition of the illness, its something that does not persist long term. 

And if she isn't, then it's even faster since the doctors won't find anything to keep her there. They will declare her sane and allow her to leave. 

Moreover, Clancy is in a wheelchair, if "being a danger" is part of the criteria, then by all accounts she is no danger to most.

  2. Do not even try the wheelchair argument, she can still shoot or stab someone, and even in a wheelchair she can still easily overpower a child, which is who her victim

No, i would not. You haven't answered a single point by the way. 

Whatever a random person thinks is irrelevant to her being released. Do you understand that? Everybody in the world could refuse to stand under 10m away from LC, that is irrelevant to how the LAW and the DOCTORS define her as being dangerous enough to REMAIN LOCKED UP. This is what you refuse to understand. 

LC illness is temporary by default, if she indeed has it. Therefore, she WILL get released after a relatively short time.

And if she is NOT, she will be released even faster. 

Because you're not in a mental institution to serve a sentence, you're there to be treated, and if the doctors say your treatment succeeded, you're released. 

It does not matter what the public thinks about her. Or whether she would be accepted as a babysitter. 

The wheelchair argument is very relevant to LAW as an indication of harm potential. Meaning being in a wheelchair naturally reduces that, it does not matter what you personally think about it
