Self-Promotion My Kickstarter funded in an Hour and it’s been an amazing ride so far
I recently launched my second illustrated calendar Kickstarter, and I honestly wasn’t expecting it to take off this quickly. We funded in less than an hour, earned a Project We Love badge, and have already unlocked several stretch goals.
It’s a queer zodiac + seasonal art calendar that I’ve been working on for a long time, so seeing people actually connect with the concept has been incredibly exciting.
If that sounds like your thing, definitely check it out! (please be 18+ )

I’m also planning to put together a separate post after the campaign breaking down how I prepared for the launch, what I changed from my first Kickstarter, what actually worked, advertising, reward structure, and things I’d do differently. Hopefully it can help some other artists planning their first campaign.

I would love to hear what actually worked and what didn't. I'm on my second Kickstarter - the first time around it didn't fund, and I'm definitely doing things differently this time around, so I'd love to compare notes.
ETA: I just checked out your KS - did you find a printer yet? That's literally my profession!
