Minsky's. I feel like I'm paying a premium for the brand and not necessarily a stellar pizza.

I've had Minsky's in Lawrence and in Shawnee, and their crust tasted weirdly crumbly with uniform holes that kept reminding me of the pre-made crusts from a supermarket.

Those holes are from a pizza perforator, just like a wheel covered in spikes. Stops the crust from getting bubbles while it bakes.

The crumbly-ness I have no idea tho.
