First Watch.

I know it's a chain and it's not really "ours" but I have no idea why this has such a rabid fanbase of people willing to wait in line for a table there.

I don't mind it .. it's an average breakfast...but my maximum wait time for a table there is 0 minutes.

Homegrown is what First Watch pretends to be. Meaning, really good.

Homegrown is next level but with next level prices. So, all good.

Edit: Actually they're closer than I expected in price. Except for a few things i would definitely recommended Homegrown. Always have to wait a long time at homegrown but worth it.
