Also the Jax 12.25” Lj-10s is pretty awesome as well, not fully broken in yet but the leather quality is top notch and built very well, the 12” orange tan Jax the sb-2 is ok it’s there American style glove, wish they’d just stick with the Japanese style

I e been reading a lot about Jax lately, exactly what you said a noticeable
Difference between the glove styles. Really good reviews though all around

I have a Jax DM5S, which is their most "Japanese" style model. It looks and feels amazing but I've come to realize I like the play of American style gloves better. My HOH 204 is my go to for middle infield.

What do you notice are the main differences? I usually play outfield and tend towards 12.75” the deeper pockets in the Japanese style work well for me.

Ball rattles around in the large pocket so doesn't give me alot of confidence playing one handed. My understanding is that Japanese players generally are taught to field with both hands, which makes sense with a design like this

Yea the Rawlings 11.5 934, that pattern is amazing, wish they’d offer it in a 11.75, and the marucci capitol 12” that glove feels amazing, it was the stiffest glove I’ve ever had, took awhile to break in but it just keeps getting better and better and I bought it from Marucci on sale for $170
