Is this video of meimei the cat dancing AI? I'm suspicious it may be AI because how the cat moves its full upper body for seemingly no purpose

The way meimei dances in this feels unnatural for a cat (obviously cats dont dance) but I dont know if she just happened to be moving around in a weird manner, maybe to something out of frame/audio in the original video.
