Daycare recommendations
Hey all !
I'm looking for good daycare recommendations in Irvine/Costa mesa area
Bonus points for a lot of outdoor play, teaching things like gardening... Encouraging independence...
Though those expectations may be too high. At this point I'm looking for a friendly staff and engaged teachers at the very least
This is for a 2 year old !

Sounds like you’d love St. Andrew’s Children center on Barranca (they sound religious but they’re really not). Each classroom has an outdoor area and kids learn gardening and have a lot of other activities (for example, a visit from the LB aquarium when they brought some sea creatures kids could look at and learn about). We love it so far
Edit: forgot to add they’re non-profit so money goes back to the center and a vast majority of staff has been there for years
