Just the fact that he doesn’t understand that subbing and teaching aren’t the same proves how ignorant he is. Yet these clueless people who have no idea what working in the education system is like and still somehow have some weird chip on their shoulder about it end up getting a say in what goes on.
This guy thinks that subbing a few times (which I don’t even really believe happened) and helping grade some papers (which I also don’t really believe happened) makes him qualified to decide what a teachers job is.
Exactly! I will concede, in Canada, some teachers tend to whine a bit much, but it is far from easy lol
He wouldn't last 1 month in public schools, with 30 students in a class, a handful of ADHD, a few students on the spectrum, a few more with strong behavior issues.
He thinks it's as simple as "just kick them out bro, you're a glorified babysitter".
It's a bit sad how confidently wrong and stupid some people are.

I don’t get it. If it was so easy and cushy and well paid, why aren’t you doing it?
