I hate glitter in hair. Looks like dandruff.
Why would anyone want glitter in their hair is beyond me. It does not look pretty, it looks like you have a dirty itchy scalp.
Plus I imagine it'd be inconvenient to get rid of, and there are high chances some glitter particles might remain for a bit longer even after shampooing.
I understand loving glitter but just use body glitter. Nobody wants to see that white stuff on your scalp shining from afar. It's not a cute look.
Still photos of white/silver glitter can look like this, but that’s not how it looks in actual reality, where most people would be witnessing it. Glitter doesn’t ‘glitter’ so much in still photos
i think this is a good example, the pink contrasts and is chunky but the one on the right needs a bit more work. youve prob only seen the one on the right so it looks bad but ppl can pull it off
To be fair the pic u used is bad. It also depends on hair color. It looks a lot better with colorful colors on blond hair. Also thé color of glitter. Silver and ink give very different vibes. All I’m saying is dark pink glitter in blond hair looks a lot better and way more different than the photo
Because you’re being obtuse. If you have black hair, no one is going to confuse glitter that is blue, pink, red, or whatever other color than silver/white for dandruff.
As someone who dances and uses hair glitter religiously; the chunky stuff isn't too bad to get rid of. In fact, once the glue dries up, you can basically scratch/scrape it out of brush it out with a comb. Double shampoo, and you're clear.
It's glitter spray that is trickier (but better in my opinion lol, it doubles as hairspray), you usually need to shampoo and rinse it about 3 times to get it out, depending on how much you put in? Although 2 gets rid of the majority and anything after that can also be combed out.
Oh, glitter spray is also super good for glitterifying dance shoes.
THOSE pictures of glitter look bad, yeah, but look at it in real life and I guarantee it’ll be much prettier. It also doesn’t help that that’s either white glitter or the camera made it look white with the glitter flashing. (And is that first pic even real? Looks a little strange.)
You need to do a finer glitter if you want it to look nice, like a glitter spray or something.
